I am Suyog Shelar, an accomplished Operations and Customer Experience Leader with over 22 years of global BPO and service delivery experience, specializing in transforming teams, elevating customer satisfaction, and scaling high-performing business operations across the USA, UK, Europe, and APAC.

Throughout my leadership career, I have successfully managed large-scale delivery centres of 600+ FTE, built new business units from the ground up, driven P&L profitability, and delivered process excellence. I have partnered with global brands to consistently improve customer experience, NPS, CSAT, and overall business performance.

My professional journey spans diverse industries, including BPO, Contact Centres, E-Commerce, BFSI, Telecom, Travel, Government projects, and Technology Support, where I have led end-to-end operations, complex process transitions, automation initiatives, and enterprise-wide performance improvement programs.
